Today we ate choc-chip pancakes for breakfast and you know what, they were all gone before I thought of taking a photo.
250g plain flour, 3 tspn. baking powder, mix in 2 eggs. Slowly add 300mills of milk whilst stirring. Then mix in 30 grams of melted butter. Finally add 100 grams of milk choc chips and a generous handful of white choc chips. Leave sit for 1/2 hour then cook and may I say yum, yum, yum.
You most definitely do not need to add anything on serving though ice cream probably would add a certain decadence but in my family also increase the mess factor. I think these definitely fill the category of breakfast desert and will appear on my table again.
